I value the most serve which the hotel provide. Every field of my need was excellent fulfilled. Thank you all staff for nice days.
Í don´t complain because in the hotel was everything according to my expectations.
There was plenty of attention to the hotel being kept clean, the staff seemed happy to help whne asked and polite when dealing with us as customers.
The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful. A reasonably priced hotel and there is a good pub nearby with reasonably priced food.
You may have a problem if tall and given the second floor rooms as they are in the eaves and we felt in constant danger of banging head when walking round the room and not easy for men using the toilet.
A very polite, helpful and thoroughly delightful young lady waiting on the tables. Also the fact that I was able to bring my dog along with me.
It was a little old fashioned and would benefit from some refurbishment.
It was very good value - I felt welcome and everything was as I had been led to expect it.
Central for family occasions - easy to get there
The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good.
The hotel was situated bewtween a busy main road and a housing estate. It was tired and dated and the rooms were in need of renovation. There were ony bar snacks available from the restaurant at the time of our stay. The standard of this hotel did not justify the price.
The bed was very comfortable
The room allocated to me had beams although this did not apply to the other 3 rooms I rented. The car park was full of potholes and was extremely muddy
A warm and convieniently positioned stay during my Family visit
The hotel was adequate for a one night stay. Breakfast was quite good, but the service was slow due to it being very busy. The waitress was apologetic though.
The room we were given had sloping ceilings which meant you had to duck to avoid banging your head.
Lack of facilities to hang towels etc
bed very comfortable, hotel handy to town. no visable staff in bar/rest only bad point no heating in room untill morning.otherwise pleasant enough stay.
friendly staff and good breakfast
room was poky with little headroom in places
Did what it said on the tin, a fairly basic but comfortable and friendly atmosphere. location is good for getting to walks. is perfect if you just want a reasonably priced place to get some kip.
only downside is the lack of places to eat in walking distance, you will have to get a cab for food.
The young lady waiting on at breakfast was very keen and helpful.
Where do I start , the curtains in the room were held up with safety pins and as a result didn't want to close, the shower was not a shower it was a dribbler, the room was in the eve's of the building and if you got up in the night you could easly bang your head on the ceiling but there was no mention of this when we booked the room, the bed was more like a large single than a double, the room was very very dated. In general this hotel carries a 2 star rating which is laughable and we stayed 1 night which set us back £60 , no wonder travel lodges are doing so well. My wife and I will not be going back to the Dalesgate even if I was offered a free night's stay.
